Follow-up visit 

For patients who have already established care at the practice at an in-person "intake visit," otherwise known as a wellness visit, follow-up visits are $225. For safety, full physical exams are required to establish care with the practice to make sure you are receiving appropriate care and that your liver, kidneys, etc. are working properly for any medications that might be prescribed. It is also to ensure that an underlying, undiagnosed condition is not responsible for symptoms that are bringing you in for your visit.
